Clerk, International S&R

Responsible for preparing processing and tracking outbound international shipments while ensuring compliance with customs regulations company policies and customer requirements. This role coordinates with carriers freight forwarders warehouse staff and customers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods worldwide.

Support weekly shipment to and from Mexico Facility

• Previous experience in shipping logistics warehouse operations or international trade preferred.
• Knowledge of shipping documentation Incoterms customs procedures and carrier systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift packages and work in a warehouse or shipping environment as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP Oracle or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with FedEx UPS DHL and freight booking portals.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of import/export compliance regulations.

Office and warehouse setting. May require standing walking lifting and occasional overtime.
