What Youll Do
Youll play a key role in supporting your deal team across all phases of the M&A lifecycle:
Conduct market and industry research to support M&A strategy and explore potential acquisition targets
Research and evaluate acquisition targets that fit within the scope of the clients acquisition strategy
Conduct direct outreach including calls emails and mail to generate deal conversations with executives and senior leadership
Input maintain and update target and prospect data within the CRM system to ensure accuracy and completeness
Participate in introductory conversations with business owners and clients capturing key details needs and goals
Initiate manage and organize financial and organizational diligence items
Analyze and interpret financial statements
Respond to client and target inquiries with professionalism and urgency
Assist in training and guiding interns

What You Bring
Bachelors degree in finance accounting economics or related field
13 years of M&A consulting public accounting or finance experience
Strong communication skills including comfort with outbound calls
High attention to detail and organizational ability
Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and Word (plus an eagerness to master new tools)
Ability to prioritize multitask and work well under deadlines
Strong team player mentalitycollaborative and positive
Must be able to work without sponsorship. We cannot accept those with OPT status as sponsorship is required after the three-year period.
