Registered Manager Childrens Home - Up to 60000 Bonus scheme and welcome bonus
This is an opportunity to lead a brand new childrens residential home and shape the culture standards and quality of care from the ground up. As Registered Manager you will be responsible for building a stable well-led service where children and young people are supported in a safe structured and nurturing environment with clear oversight of both care delivery and operational performance.

What Youll Need
- Proven experience in a senior role within childrens residential care (essential)
- Level 3 or Level 4 Childrens Residential qualification (or equivalent)
- Level 5 Leadership qualification or willingness to work towards it
- Strong understanding of Ofsted frameworks and regulatory requirements
- Experience managing budgets and service performance
- Full UK driving licence
What Youll Do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of a childrens residential home
- Ensure high standards of care safeguarding and compliance are consistently met
- Manage budgets and oversee financial performance of the service
- Prepare for and maintain readiness for Ofsted inspections
- Lead supervise and develop the staff team
- Ensure care plans and placements meet individual needs and outcomes
