Position Overview
The Jr. Traffic Managerpositionis responsible forthesmooth and efficient resourcing of the design CGIand retouchingteamand ongoing operational support within Marks. It is essentialtopossessaproactiveprofessional cheerful demeanour and service-oriented attitudewith experience working in afast Jr. Traffic Manageris required tobe amulti-taskingempathetic problem solver with strong interpersonal skills comfortable working efficiently and autonomously within amultiâdisciplineproduction rolewill report to theGlobal Resource Manager.

Responsible for...
- Supportresourcingand develop a deep understanding of individual skillsets and drive right project right talent workflows to maximize efficiency and quality.
- Daily monitoring and adjustment of work in progress to ensure on time delivery and resource optimization throughout the life cycle of the project.
- Monitorresourcingwithin theproject planningsystem andconfirm all studio resource bookingsand deadlineswithdisciplineleads on a weekly basis.
- Provide status updates for all projects in collaboration with the Producers Programme Managers Project Managers and Creative Directors.
- Work withtheDesignand StudioLeadsto schedule projectsas far in advance as possibleand reset expectations based on new or changing priorities.
- Work closely with the Global Resource Manager to proactivelyidentifyrisksbeforetheyimpactdelivery.
- Forecast source onboard and book freelance resourcesto meet fluctuating demand and act as aliaisonbetween freelancers andtheAccounts Payable team; manage ongoing vendor relations and freelancercontracts.
Critical Skills and Behaviors
- Must work well within a teamandbeabletomaintainconfidentialitywhile being self-motivated resourcefulorganizedanddetail-orientedinafast-paced deadline-drivenenvironment.
- Strong understanding of CGI pipelines including modeling texturing lighting rendering and compositing.
- Familiarity with CGI toolsrenderengines and workflows (e.g. Maya Blender Cinema 4D V-Ray RedshiftHoudini Adobe Suite).
- Understanding ofrenderworkflows file structures and asset dependencies.
- Proven ability to manage complexresourcingacross multiple projects and regions.
- Resource reporting providingaccuratetimely and relevant data to support business and studio leadership decision making.
- Relationship management building trusted partnerships with creatives across all disciplines.
- A strong instinct foridentifyingbottlenecks with the ability to strategically plan resources to alleviate them by problem solving prioritizing resourceconflictsinfluencedecisionsand escalating solutions whenrequired.
- Ability to navigate time zones and load balanceacross global resource teams to ensure continuity of work.
- A collaborative team player who integrates seamlessly into existing global teams.

Prerequisites
- Minimum3 yearsof experience working within a CGIled studio environment.
- Proficiencyin Mac OS and strong knowledge ofcloud-basedtraffic and resource management tools( CrewPlanningWorkfront).
- Strong working knowledge of MicrosoftOffice (( Word Outlook PowerPointTeamsKeynote).

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $115000 USD - 125000 USD annually. Ultimately in determining pay we will consider the successful candidates location experience and other job-related factors.
