With the continued growth of our clientT-MobileOSL a T-Mobile Fiber authorized partner is expanding and looking for strong sales leaders to join our team.
The Situation:
OSL is experiencing rapid growth within T-Mobile Fiber creating the need for a results-driven leader to support and develop Residential Neighborhood Field teams across an assigned territory. This role will oversee a team of approximately 10 Neighborhood Field Representatives ensuring strong execution coaching and consistent sales performance in the field.
Heres where you come in
As the Area Sales Manager (Neighborhood Field Manager) you will lead from the front by driving sales coaching in the field and developing a high-performing team. You are a confident and inspiring leader who can balance strategy with execution while motivating individuals and teams to exceed expectations.
Your responsibilities
- Drive sales strategy and execution to maximize ROI
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by leadership
- Lead coach and develop a team of approximately 10 Field Representatives
- Maximize time in the field through ride-alongs and hands-on coaching
- Lead regular team meetings focused on performance and motivation
- Manage scheduling payroll and vacation requests
- Own performance management and accountability across your team
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution
- Provide weekly sales performance reports and insights
- Ensure deadlines and deliverables are consistently met
- Share feedback on competitive activity pricing and product performance
- Support recruiting and onboarding of new team members
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed
Good thing you have what it takes
- 3 to 5 years of sales leadership experience telecom preferred
- Experience leading teams focused on residential or door to door sales
- Proven ability to drive aggressive sales results
- Strong coaching leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication interpersonal and analytical abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills in fast-paced environments
- Ability to anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions
- Comfortable working cross-functionally at both field and corporate levels
- Self-starter with the ability to perform with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel regularly within assigned territory including some overnight travel
- Valid drivers license required
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
