Seasonal Graphics Fabricator

SUMMARY: Seasonal

The Logo Graphics Fabricator position is responsible for performing the physical tasks necessary to assemble logos inside sections of artificial turf fields. Employees follow instructions (diagrams) regarding where each piece should be placed within the turf and glue the logo. It is similar to assembling a puzzle. 50% of the shift hours are spent on hands and knees working while the other 50% is spent standing or walking. Employees must be able to lift 25 pounds on a regular basis.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Under supervision and limited decision-making

• Understands plan and procedures for production/repair of FieldTurf logos through WISOPS (Work Instructions Standard Operating Procedures).

• Follows directions to complete projects according to shipping schedule.

• Assembles cut turf pieces through logo projects.

• Ensure logos meet FieldTurf quality assurance standards by working with members of the quality team.

• Assists in cleanup of work area throughout and at the end of shift.

• Assists in packaging prior to final shipment.

• Be a Team player and assist other associates when needed.

• Works well with teammates to complete logos through effective communication of plans and goals.
