Job Summary
Facilitate sample analysis of returned products from customers to apply problem solving skills to identify causes of field failure and customer dissatisfaction
Co-ordinate technical analysis by cross-functional team and communicate to customers
Support Quality Engineer in product launch and line sustaining
Work with cross-functional teams to resolve operational quality issues
SPC trend analyze and monitor key performance indicators suggest improvements and escalate to supervisor/ management as necessary
Prepare FTQ reports and scrap reports
Drive and communicate CAPA for 8D reports for internal and external
Support Quality Improvement projects
Support PPAP submission
Support Q-Plan development and planning
Support Internal and External audit (ISO/IATF 16949 customer audit)
