This is for a General Manager who knows their stuff gives ash**tabout this crazy hospitality world and just simply gets it!

Salary offer of up to50300includes earnings received through tronc.

Base salary of 42000

And on top of that a bonus reward of up to8000!

What Pho is looking for:

• Minimum x2 years General Management or restaurant or both!
• Big passion for food! As a General Manager inPho youll learn everything about our fresh food.
• Confident in delivering and understandingfinancial P&L reports.
• Experience communicating with suppliers.
• Comfortable using different systems as part ofyour day-to-day. Such as; Pronet for maintenance Open Table for bookingsZonal in our tills Harri for recruitment etc.
• Remember we just need a manager who GETS IT!
