Flight Centre is on a mission to unlock two of its biggest growth opportunities: the SME business travel market and the online leisure booking experience. Were investing in the people and technology to get us there.

Were looking for a UK Technology Delivery Coordinator to join our growing program delivery this role youll be a critical support across a portfolio of strategic programs including our technology independence initiative which is setting Flight Centre up on a modern scalable platform; our SME eCommerce program which is building the self-serve booking capability todays business travellers expect; and our leisure online program which is transforming how customers discover and book holidays through our digital channels. The role will primarily be focussed on FCBT but may work in parallel with any leisure strategy.

Youll work closely with a passionate globally connected team getting exposure to real program delivery stakeholder engagement and the kind of transformation work that actually moves the needle. Were at the beginning of this journey which means this role has genuine scope to grow as the program grows.

What You Bring

Project coordination Essential Proven ability to manage actions risks and stakeholder comms across a multi-workstream program.
Business analysis Requirements capture process mapping gap analysis and documentation production.
Technical literacy Sufficient understanding of system integrations data flows and configuration concepts to hold credible conversations with architects and technical leads. No coding required.
Stakeholder management Confident engaging with senior stakeholders (GM level) across multiple brands and cross-functional teams.
Written communication Produces clear meeting notes status updates BA artefacts and stakeholder comms. Adapts tone and format for different audiences (technical vs. operational vs. executive).
UAT coordination Experience organising and running user acceptance testing
Travel technology knowledge Familiarity with GDS platforms (Sabre Amadeus) and/or NDC platforms (e.g. TP Connects) mid-office or back-office travel platforms or corporate/leisure travel booking workflows
