Schedule & Shift Details

• Shift: Mid Shift 5x8-Hour (2:45 PM 10:15 PM)
• Schedule: 45 days per week
• Block Scheduling: Not available
• Shift Flexibility: Fixed schedule (no changes after assignment)
• Orientation: All hours billable

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with varied clinical backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including bathing dressing grooming and feeding
• Assist residents with mobility transfers and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure a clean safe and supportive environment for residents
• Assist nursing staff with routine clinical and non-clinical tasks
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) preferred but not required
• Open to candidates with recent experience in:
  • Rehabilitation
  • Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg)
  • Hospital settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
