The Role
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of office and facilities operations
- Assist with meeting room set-up including AV equipment and refreshments

- Assist with office maintenance tasks and ensure a professional working environment

- Previous experience in a facilities office support or administrative role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and able to work on own initiative

- Basic understanding of office systems and equipment
