Hybrid working (3 days a week onsite in London)
The Role:
Youll support the creative team by:
Developing bold idea-led campaigns across TV digital social print and OOH
Creating and localising content for a German-speaking audience including sports (Bundesliga Formula 1) and entertainment (HBO content)
Turning concepts into compelling presentations for senior stakeholders and marketing teams
Collaborating with internal teams and a Germany-based design team
Working across the full campaign lifecycle including production shoots and post-production
Reacting to briefs and delivering creative solutions at pace
What Were Looking For:
Native-level German and strong English language skills (essential)
Proven experience in advertising and creative campaign development
Strong conceptual thinking and ideation skills
Confident in copywriting including developing headlines and campaign messaging
Experience working across multiple channels (TTL campaigns)
Strong presentation skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Knowledge of production processes including shoots and post-production
A passion for sports entertainment and content-driven campaigns
Highly adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
