Residential Conveyancing Solicitor Preston 50k PLUS bonus 3 PQE

Youll manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion ensuring a smooth compliant and client-focused service.

Key Responsibilities

Freehold and leasehold sales & purchases
Remortgages
Transfers of equity
New builds and Help to Buy
Title checks and property searches
Drafting and reviewing contracts
Raising and responding to enquiries
Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) rules
Anti-money laundering regulations

Essential

Qualified Solicitor Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive
3 years experience in residential conveyancing
Ability to run files independently
Excellent client communication skills

Desirable

Experience with high-volume caseloads
Familiarity with case management software (e.g. Leap Proclaim)
Business development or networking experience
