Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Position Description:
We are looking for an Informatica Support Analyst with strong expertise in PL/SQL and experience in the Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting ETL processes troubleshooting data issues and ensuring smooth data flow across healthcare systems. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in handling production support environments.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Provide L2 production support for Informatica ETL workflows and data pipelines.
Monitor and support ETL jobs using Informatica PowerCenter / IICS.
Analyze and troubleshoot data issues ETL failures and performance bottlenecks.
Use PL/SQL for data analysis validation and issue resolution.
Work with healthcare data systems and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive fixes.
Coordinate with development QA and business teams to resolve incidents within SLA.
Maintain documentation for incidents known errors and support procedures.
Participate in shift-based support including weekend support as required.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-Have Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in Informatica (PowerCenter / IICS) support.
Good experience in PL/SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
Experience in production support (L2 environment).
Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
Experience working in Healthcare domain.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:
Knowledge of healthcare data standards (EDI/HIPAA).
Experience in incident management and ITIL processes.
Knowledge of Unix/Shell scripting.
Exposure to monitoring tools and scheduling tools.
Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
