Equipment Coordinator

Essential Responsibilities:
- Support LEG Business Partners with a range of administrative tasks including digital unit setup records management quote review and inventory management to ensure smooth operations and procedural compliance
- Oversee telematics providers ensuring accurate billing and effective data management
- Manage unit setup and removal within online dashboards maintaining accurate records and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
- Contribute to special projects focused on technology sustainability and innovation initiatives
- Provide administrative support while leveraging expertise to achieve project objectives and drive organizational improvements
- Act as a resource for junior coordinators offering guidance and support on administrative processes and business unitspecific information
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar environment
- Experience working with enterprise management software systems
- Strong technical reading and writing skills
- Background in construction manufacturing mechanical or equipment-related roles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Technical knowledge of or experience with heavy equipment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with JD Edwards or a similar ERS system is considered an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
