We are currently seeking afull-time Accounting Clerk to join our Corporate Office in Morton IL. This role is ideal for someone who is extremely detail-oriented highly organized and looking to build a long-term career in accounting within a stable and growing company.

Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile schedules and assist with monthly closing processes
- Handle corporate credit card reconciliations and ongoing maintenance
- Monitor and manage credit card fraud alerts ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records
- Perform clerical duties including scanning filing and document management
- Assist with intercompany transactions and reconciliations
- Support the corporate accounting team with daily administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Previous accounting or office experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and high level of organization is required
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- CDK experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
