Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of a client for a Specialist Demand Management Commercial to take ownership of the AI demand pipeline across the commercial segment. This role is central to ensuring that AI and data-driven initiatives are aligned with business priorities delivering measurable value and supporting both immediate and long-term growth objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders acting as a key link between business needs and AI capabilities while driving innovation and commercial success.

Responsibilities:

• The Specialist will design and implement a structured demand management framework ensuring seamless alignment between business requirements and AI solutions.
• They will lead the end-to-end demand process from gathering and defining use cases to prioritising initiatives and overseeing delivery.
• The role includes developing robust business cases with clear ROI managing demand forecasting and maintaining visibility of the AI project pipeline.
• They will collaborate with commercial IT and AI teams to ensure solutions are scalable customer-centric and commercially viable.
• Monitoring KPIs managing risks optimising delivery processes and driving continuous improvement will be key focus areas.
• The role also involves supporting budgeting processes conducting market and competitor analysis and regularly reporting on demand trends and project performance to senior leadership.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science Data Science or a related field with relevant certifications in AI/ML or Data Analytics being advantageous.
• They will bring at least 4 years of experience in demand management within a telecom technology or data-driven environment with proven success in managing AI or technology-driven project pipelines.
• Strong commercial acumen the ability to develop business cases and ROI models and experience working across technical and business teams are essential.
• The candidate should demonstrate excellent stakeholder management the ability to prioritise multiple initiatives and strong communication skills suitable for senior leadership engagement. Familiarity with CRM systems AI-driven marketing tools and customer engagement platforms will be beneficial.
