Key Responsibilities

• Train reps indoor-knocking strategy including lead generation pitch scripting overcoming objections and safety protocols.
• Role-play and simulate real-world scenarios to improve D2D communication and confidence.
• Monitor and shadow field activities to provide real-time feedback and coaching.
• Lead onboarding sessions for new hires with structured ramp-up plans and sales goal timelines.
• Coordinate with sales leadership to track new hire progress and identify coaching opportunities.
• Analyze sales KPIs to identify training needs and performance gaps.
• Work with management to improve underperformers and accelerate high-potential reps.
• Maintain documentation of training sessions progress and certifications.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience inroofing or construction sales with proven success in door-to-door sales
• 1 years of experience in training coaching or team leadership preferred
• Excellent public speaking communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficient in using CRM systems (AccuLynx preferred)
• Comfortable working in both classroom and field environments
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed

Compensation & Benefits

• W-2:Base uncapped commissions plus Medical/Dental/Vision PTO and 401(k)
• Override commissions on your team

Location

• You will report to our Stuart office as needed and work primarily in the Greater SE FL area. Youll have the ability to go to any 3MG market where there are opportunities
