We are a rapidly growing U.S.-based security and logistics group operating across multiple regions. Our business supports field teams security personnel and vehicle-based operations at scale.
As we continue expanding we are building a centralized remote operations function to improve efficiency reduce costs and enhance coordination across our fleet and field teams.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Fleet & Logistics Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of our vehicle operations and logistics function.
This role will work closely with leadership to ensure smooth coordination of vehicles drivers and field personnel. You will act as a central point of communication helping maintain operational visibility organization and responsiveness across the fleet.
This is a highly detail-oriented communication-heavy role requiring strong ownership and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day fleet operations including vehicle tracking usage and coordination
- Maintain accurate records of vehicles maintenance schedules and related documentation
- Coordinate with drivers field staff and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics flow
- Handle inbound/outbound communication with security personnel and field teams
- Monitor and flag operational issues (delays breakdowns scheduling conflicts)
- Assist in scheduling and dispatch coordination where needed
- Update internal systems spreadsheets and CRM tools with real-time information
- Ensure high responsiveness and clear communication across all stakeholders
Required Hard Skills
- Experience in logistics fleet coordination dispatch or operations support
- Strong proficiency in:
- Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- CRM systems (HubSpot or similar preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and track moving parts simultaneously
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams
- Comfortable handling high-volume communication
Critical Requirement: Communication
- Strong clear English communication (verbal and written) is essential
- Ability to confidently communicate with U.S.-based field personnel
- Must be comfortable handling calls and resolving issues in real time
