We are working with a dynamic organization in Sandy Springs seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its finance team. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who enjoys analyzing financial performance and partnering with stakeholders to drive business results.

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in budgeting forecasting and financial analysis providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Analyze financial performance and identify trends and variances
Develop and maintain financial models and reporting tools
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
Partner with business units to evaluate performance and opportunities
Provide actionable recommendations to improve financial outcomes
Assist with long-range planning and strategic initiatives
Support ad hoc analysis and special projects

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field
36 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems and BI tools is a plus
Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
