Job Description

Saint Lukes Plaza OBGYN Clinic is expanding and is excited to welcome a new advanced practice provider to our growing team. We are seeking applicants with previous OB/GYN experience and Womens Health or Nurse Midwife certification to join our well-established busy practice located at Saint Lukes Hospital Plaza in Kansas City Missouri. The role is full time 1.0 FTE Monday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm and Friday 8am-12pm. No weekends no holidays and no call schedule.

About the Practice

Join a collaborative team of 6 OB/GYN physicians

Busy patient-centered practice

Full spectrum of obstetric and gynecologic care

Fully integrated Epic EMR

Key Responsibilities

Collect and analyze patient health data to develop appropriate care plans

Identify expected outcomes and implement individualized plans of care

Provide comprehensive clinical coordination and case management

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care plans

Utilize prescriptive authority in accordance with state and federal regulations

Monitor and evaluate patient progress toward outcomes

Provide education to patients families and clinical staff

Support and mentor team members

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and nursing research

Adhere to departmental policies

Qualifications

Required:

Masters Degree from an accredited Advanced Practice Provider program

Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience

Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Provider

Preferred:

Womens Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) or Nurse Midwife certification

Prior OB/GYN experience
