Job Summary
Seeking high-performing entrepreneurial Insurance Sales Executives specializing in Employee Benefits to join a dynamic and growth-oriented team in the Midwest. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive on autonomy ownership and the opportunity to achieve significant financial upside. As an Insurance Sales Executive you will focus on generating new business building a high-quality book of business and collaborating with a dedicated service team to deliver exceptional client outcomes. This is a hybrid role requiring a connection to a designated office.
Compensation Package
- Draw-Based Model: Compensation is structured as a draw equivalent to one-quarter of your annual production capacity.
Responsibilities
- Generate new qualified business through self-directed sales strategies.
- Build and grow a long-term high-quality book of business.
- Collaborate with a Unit Manager to allocate resources and manage growth effectively.
- Leverage dedicated service and associate teams for client servicing and execution.
- Reinvest strategically in business development client engagement and service excellence.

- Proven track record as a high-performing producer with strong sales capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a comfort level for financial risk and autonomy.
