As a Security Officer Fullfillment Centerin Detroit MI you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a dynamic technology-focused location.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify credentials manage visitor access and document access activity in accordance with site protocols.
• Respond to incidents access concerns and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating issues through proper channels when needed.
• Support lobby reception and/or badge control functions by assisting employees visitors and contractors with access-related questions and directional guidance.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help identify unusual activity access irregularities and/or security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
