Torch Technologies Inc. is seeking a Junior Software Analyst that will be focused on programmatic and process-oriented support for IV&V software analysis efforts. The position emphasizes potential organization and the ability to manage and support program activities over deep technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support software roadmap management across multiple contracts.
• Track and manage CDRL schedules and review cycles.
• Interface with the PEO Project Master Schedule.
• Prepare weekly report content for leadership review and staff meetings.
• Develop monthly charts and briefing materials for engineering deep dives.
• Assist with data and document management activities.
• Apply process-oriented thinking to support program execution.

Qualifications:

• US Citizenship.
• Bachelors Degree Computer Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2 years of progressively complex software engineering experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Process-driven mindset with programmatic aptitude.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies or engineering management practices.
• Exposure to DevSecOps pipelines (education or experience).
• Basic technical understanding of software systems and workflows.

Work Location: Customer Site (Redstone Arsenal Huntsville AL). No telework or remote work option available.
