Night Shift Production Assistant

Join the team as a Night Shift Production Assistant and take charge of our fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will supervise a skilled workforce manage inventory flow and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure zero downtime. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish!

Key Responsibilities

• Plan schedule and oversee daily production activities to meet deadlines output targets and budget requirements
• Enforce all health safety and environmental policies to maintain a safe work environment
• Collaborate with Human Resources on staffing training employee development and performance evaluations
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime
• Monitor production metrics track KPIs and report performance data to management
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste

Additional Duties

• Contribute to team initiatives that support departmental and organizational goals
• Follow all company safety policies and report unsafe conditions or incidents
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• Must have minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing production supervisor or management role
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365
• Forklift operation experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience with inventory management

Work Environment

• Ability to work in a non-air-conditioned high-temperature environment
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the production floor
