Job Summary
Provide IT support troubleshooting and system maintenance for M365 environments supporting IRS operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for M365 systems
Troubleshoot user issues and incidents
Support system configurations and maintenance
Assist with monitoring and performance tuning
Qualifications
Bachelors degree
3 years of experience
IT support experience
Desired
Experience with Microsoft 365 tools
Experience supporting enterprise environments
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
Normal Office Environment. Requires Sitting Standing Near Acuity Speaking with colleagues and customers Listening Sight Use of hands/fingers.
