Your work profile

Must have good knowledge on Account Reconciliation Process
Must havea completeproject lifecycle experience in Account Reconciliation Compliance / Transaction Matching Project.
Must have Hands on Experience with ARM/ARCS.
Ability to set up periods organizational units and create Formats Custom Attributes Profiles Reconciliations.
Ability to set up match types configuring auto-match rules loading transactions running auto-match confirming suggestedmatchesetc.
Ability to understand Agingconceptbased on clientrequirement.
Must be able to articulate the workflow process for Reconciliations.
Familiarinpassing GL Sub-ledgerand Intercompany adjustments.
Good Experience in loading GL and Sub-ledger data to ARCS.
Must be able to build reports using rtf template and SQL scripting.
end to end implementation experience.

Key skills required

1114 years of experience in Oracle Fusion / Oracle ARCS Applications
Deep hands-on and leadership experience in Oracle Fusion Financials and PPM
Proven experience leading large delivery teams in a global delivery model
Strong experience in Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud Financials-PPM transformation programs
Strong understanding of delivery governance Agile / hybrid delivery models and risk management
Strong manufacturing domain knowledge
Client-facing leadership and stakeholder management experience
