Job Summary
Vascular Sonographer Davis Vein and Vascular Houston TX
US Heart and Vascular is in need of a PRN Vascular Sonographer to join our team at Davis Vein and Vascular in North Houston TX.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform vascular ultrasound examinations including lower extremity arterial venous including insufficiency/ reflux scans carotids ABIs and abdominal studies.
- Assist physicians in vein procedures such as vein mapping vein ablations sclerotherapy and ultrasound-guided access. Experience preferred not required.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure high-quality imaging for diagnostic interpretation.
- Educate and prepare patients for vein procedures ensuring comfort and safety.
Knowledge Skills and Requirements
- Must have excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
- Must be experienced and work independently in a very busy private vascularpractice setting.
- BLS/CPR preferred
- Active credentials by either ARDMS or CCI.
Schedule:
- MondayFriday 2-3 days a week is preferred.
- No nights/no weekends
- Sonographer will need to be available to travel to different office locations as needed.
