Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC isare seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Infusion for an outpatient infusion unit. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in chemotherapy administration and working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Details
- Setting: Outpatient Infusion
- Shift: Day Shift (8 hours variable mostly 8:00 AM 4:00 PM)
- Hours: 40 hrs/week
- Patient Population: Adult Geriatric
Responsibilities
- Administer infusion therapies including chemotherapy and blood products
- Monitor patients during infusion treatments
- Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Handle infusion equipment such as Alaris and elastomeric pumps
Requirements
- Active RN License (NY State)
- Minimum 1 year of outpatient infusion experience
- Chemotherapy Certification (REQUIRED)
- BLS & ACLS (Required)
- Experience with:
- EPIC EMR
- Omnicell Ascom glucometer
