Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Lift vehicles using lifting machines or jacks to remove wheels.
Dismantle all types of wheels for puncture repair.
Inspect and repair punctures to ensure tires are reusable.
Match tire tread depth to ensure uniform wear and tear.
Perform tire rotation as recommended for balanced handling and extended performance.
Conduct wheel balancing to ensure smooth operation and increased tire life.
Check and sort tires based on condition and manufacturing date for reuse retread or disposal.
Record all completed work in the job logbook and job card for maintenance history tracking.
Work under various environmental conditions including roadside breakdowns.

Qualifications:

Education: Basic reading and writing up to primary level.
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in tirerelated work (manufacturing retreading or repair/maintenance).
Training: Wheel Balancing & Puncture Repair.
Knowledge:
- Familiarity with different tire sizes and brands for various vehicles.
Skills:
- Basic English language skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Work safety awareness.
