Role purpose:


Senior Report Reviewer is responsible for reviewing responsible sourcing assessment reports to ensure the report quality and technical completeness according to client requirements and internal quality expectations. The Senior report reviewer processes reports notifies relevant management of significant problems and provides the clients with the final report. The reports allocated to senior report reviewer role include Amazon Primark IETP Electronic audit report such as google RBA Apple etc. with high complexity difficulty. Moreover senior report reviewer will support team leader to act as trainer to provide technical support to team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Review responsible sourcing assessment reports and documents to ensure consistency accuracy and completeness as per company and clients requirements.
Process reviewed reports to the clients and/or upload reports in clients system and/or database as required.
Archive reports into company database system with report quality rated.
Communicate with auditors regarding report clarification issues.
Provide feedback to auditors for improvement on overall quality deficiencies.
Communicate with responsible sourcing managers or program support for specific client requirement updates.
Take overall ownership and accountability to ensure assigned reports are processed on a timely basis in an efficient way.
Report outstanding issues regarding report quality to relevant managers and QA timely.
Work with auditors to respond and follow up client report feedback.
Support team leader to provide the technical support and act as trainer to team members.
Other assignments as needed.

Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements:


Possession of bachelors degree or equivalent majoring in Environment or English will be an advantage.
5 years working experience or 3 years job-related working experience in review/audit experience or equivalent CSR background in the manufacturing industry is a must.
Fluent reading writing and verbal communication skills in English is a must.
High Conscientious and responsible attitude in daily working is a must.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel Outlook Web skills.
Willing to review due diligence and have excellent time management skills.
Able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Willing to support team growth and able to give full play to subjective initiative.
Good communication with team members
Qualified IETP RBA Apple or Electronics Industry relevant reviewer/auditor will be considered as priority.
