About the Team:

AlphaSense Marketing is a revenue focused marketing team that encompasses demand generation product marketing corporate communications PR / AR brand customer marketing content marketing and experience marketing. At our core were here to fuel AlphaSenses growth which we do by contributing to pipeline and revenue; developing a brand thats widely known to the markets we serve; and encouraging user engagement both within our product and with our brand.

About the Role:

AlphaSense is seeking a highly organized proactive and strategic Events Manager to join our fast-paced Marketing team in the EMEA this role you will lead the planning and execution of industry trade shows that generate leads drive pipeline increase brand visibility and deepen customer relationships. Youll be the face of AlphaSense at eventscoordinating logistics leading onsite activations and ensuring every detail reflects our high standards.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment is obsessively detail-oriented and has experience running multiple B2B technology trade shows simultaneously. You should be comfortable rolling up your sleeves traveling frequently and setting the tone for high performance across cross-functional event teams. Reporting to the Director of Event Marketing this role is ideal for an event marketer with 3-5 years of experience running events at a technology company.

What Youll Do:

• Own the end-to-end execution of AlphaSenses EMEA tradeshows from pre-event planning through post-event reporting.
• Collaborate with Field Marketing Sales and Brand teams to align event strategy with business goals and pipeline targets.
• Manage all logistics including booth design vendor coordination shipping registration collateral onsite staffing and lead capture.
• Act as the on-site lead during events - driving setup maintaining team energy and ensuring a seamless attendee experience.
• Develop project plans and timelines to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Measure and report on event ROI providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Research new event opportunities and help optimize our event presence for impact.
• Manage relationships with event organizers and help negotiate contracts and sponsorships.
• Oversee the preparation of event toolkits team briefs and pre-show enablement materials for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing peers in London to ensure a cohesive regional strategy.

Who You Are:

• 3-5 years of experience managing technology trade shows and events in a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Strong project management skills - juggling multiple events stakeholders and timelines simultaneously.
• Hands-on execution-first mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - youre comfortable leading onsite teams and external vendors.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours during events.
• Self-motivated with high standards of professionalism and accountability.
• Experience with marketing/event platforms (e.g. SalesforceMarketo Asana or similar tools) is a plus.
