Job Summary
Job Title: Warehouse Operator Location: CastlebarReporting To: Warehouse SupervisorShift Pattern: Day Shift Job Summary:To provide efficient and effective day to day tasks of the dispatch packing and goods in Responsibilities:Responsible for the data entry and inventory of stockProvides clerical support for Warehouse ManagementAssist with general duties within the warehouse environmentObtaining and filing of all PODsAbility to follow processes procedures and follow H.S.E guidelines as per company policyPerforming and recording stock checks promptly and accuratelyAbility to scrutinise warehouse data reports as per internal/external audit requirementsArrange and organise transport couriers to pick up and deliver materialPlanning and organising external services from suppliers and vendorsQuarantine stock and arrange reworkGenerate picking notes from the warehouse management systemComplete work tickets after pack & fileCorrect book in of material for errorsReturn stock physically and on WMS to obtain true stock accuracy and valuationsAny other duties and responsibilities management deem appropriate from time to timeSkills & Knowledge:Accomplished level of computer literacy skills e.g. Microsoft Office Excel Q-Pulse SAP and other warehouse management systemsStrong organisational and time management skillsAbility to work as part of a teamGood level of English language requiredAdequate level of mathematic ability & Qualifications:Leaving Certificate or : Previous experience in a similar role is clean driving licence desirable not licence is desirable.
