Understands and executes planschedulesinan accurateand prompt manner to effectively maximize throughput. Works closely with all Associates to coordinate the workflow. Performance metrics must be at the average or greater for thisposition. Completes required documentation in an accurateand prompt manner. Safely operatesmaterial moving equipment. Assistsinmaintainingequipment foroptimaloperation including preventative maintenance. Correctly entersinformation intosystems for job tracking and payroll. Disposesof waste materials into proper storage containers. Mark andidentifycontainers with required documentation. Complies with established facility safety policies and procedures and other regulations (IE: GMP HAACP BRC) as behaves professionally. Treats all associates respectfully and professionally whilemaintainingthe companycode of ethics. Responsible for maintainingdaily housekeeping efforts. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent training and experience which provides the required knowledge skill and ability. Ability to operatematerial handling . Basic math and reading skills. Computer literacy. Good interpersonal and communication skills. The physical demands require standing using hands to feel and touch; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear. This position requires frequent walking. Occasionallyemployee isrequired to climb or balance stoop kneel crouch or crawl. Must be able to regularlylift or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision requirements areclose vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depthperceptionand ability to adjust focus. Knowledge inInventory Control and shipping/receiving activities is a plus.#STLIND
