Implementation Intern

• Assist in the adoption and implementation of AI tools across the team providing support and guidance to users
• Create and maintain customer-facing documentation ensuring clarity accuracy and usability
• Develop and execute basic scripts to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency
• Support data administration efforts including:
  • Organizing and maintaining digital files and datasets
  • Conducting data mining and analysis to extract insights
  • Identifying trends and summarizing findings for stakeholders
  • Assisting in the creation and maintenance of dashboards (e.g. Donovan or similar tools)
• Identify and help improve collaboration opportunities with other departments
  • Participate in and help coordinate group forums
  • Support internal training and information-sharing initiatives

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Data Analytics Computer Science Information Systems or a related field
• Basic knowledge of scripting or programming (e.g. Python JavaScript or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and organizational ability
• Interest in AI tools data analysis and process improvement

• Experience with data visualization or dashboard tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau or similar)
• Familiarity with AI tools or automation platforms
• Previous internship or project experience involving data or documentation

• Hands-on experience with AI tools and real-world business applications
• Exposure to data management analytics and dashboard development
