QVC Groups Technology organization runs on a large-scale strategic outsourcing partnership that powers the run build and core retail capabilities behind our six retail brands. The Director IT Sourcing & Strategic Partner Management will lead the Center of Excellence (COE) that governs this relationship - a $500M engagement that is central to how we deliver technology across the enterprise.

Reporting to the VP Software Engineering youll own the commercial financial and contractual health of the partnership - setting standards for demand forecasting SLA governance investment management and supplier performance. Youll also lead the IT Asset Management team and program ensuring the full lifecycle of hardware and software assets is tracked compliant and optimized. Youll serve as the Contract Manager and sit on the engagements Executive Team Management Committee Delivery Management Committee and Innovation Steering Committee giving you a direct seat at the table on how technology investments are prioritized and delivered.

This is a strategic leadership role that requires someone who can navigate complex commercial structures influence senior stakeholders across Technology Finance Legal and Procurement and drive financial performance through rigorous governance - all while maintaining a productive high-trust partnership with a global services provider. If youve managed large-scale IT outsourcing relationships and thrive at the intersection of technology strategy commercial management and cross-functional leadership this is the role.

Where Youll Work

This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our West Chester PA headquarters (Studio Park) several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: Pennsylvania New Jersey or Delaware. Relocation assistance is available for this role.

What Youll Do

• Lead the IT Sourcing Center of Excellence and set the governance framework for QVC Groups $500M outsourcing partnership
• Own all aspects of commercial and financial management including forecasting demand planning invoice governance and service credit management
• Serve as the named Contract Manager for the strategic partnership managing obligations change control and escalations across run build and core retail delivery
• Govern Service Level Agreements hold suppliers accountable to performance standards and drive continuous value from the engagement
• Manage the broader supplier network including relationships performance reviews contract negotiations and sourcing risk identification
• Represent QVC Group on the Executive Team Management Committee Delivery Management Committee and Innovation Steering Committee
• Work closely with IT Procurement Finance and Legal to align on commercial strategy and end-to-end supplier management
• Partner with Portfolio and Value Management leadership to define ROI frameworks and track benefits realization
• Lead the IT Asset Management team covering hardware lifecycle software licensing compliance and enterprise asset disposition
• Oversee third-party advisors and lead benchmarking efforts when needed
• Keep QVC Groups sourcing strategy current by monitoring industry trends market changes and emerging risks

What Youll Bring

• 10 or more years of experience in IT sourcing vendor management commercial governance or technology operations with meaningful exposure to large-scale outsourcing engagements
• 5 or more years of people leadership experience in complex matrixed environments
• Strong command of IT outsourcing commercial models including SLA governance demand forecasting financial management and contract structures
• Proven ability to negotiate effectively and influence senior stakeholders across Technology Finance Legal and Procurement
• A track record of governing strategic supplier relationships at scale with real accountability for financial results
• Working knowledge of IT asset management practices including software licensing hardware lifecycle and compliance
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex commercial data into clear recommendations for senior leadership
• Bachelors degree required. MBA or advanced degree is a plus
