Receptionist Porsche Austin

Porsche Austin is looking for one Front Desk Receptionist. Apply today to join our team of dynamic professionals!

Job responsibilities would include but not limited to:

• Being friendly and asking clients if they need help
• Greeting clients as they arrive to the showroom looking at new vehicles
• Contacting salespeople that their clients have arrived
• Transferring phone calls to Salespeople or the Service Department
• Contacting clients when their license plates come in.
• Helping out with Service Receptionist to cover lunch shifts or as needed.
• Scanning and filing as needed
• Working Saturday availability
  

The Sales Hours would be approximately 9:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday - Friday and 9:00 to 6:00 on Saturdays. Different shifts are available.

Dress attire is business wear or a provided Porsche Golf Polo with dress pants or dress skirts. ( No Jeans )

We want to provide to our clients the same level of service they would receive at a resort hotel fine restaurant or the Country Club. Most important to be friendly and greet all the customers that come in.

Some options for different work schedules. Saturday rotational schedules unless someone wants to work every Saturday. We can work around College schedules.
