Job Summary

This Appt delivers physical training to Army Reserve Phase 1 Recruits and Inkerman Coy personnel. The incumbent will be responsible for:

Delivery of PD elements of CMS FS to Army Reserve recruits attending ATR(G) delivered Basic Training Cses.
Delivery of PD outputs to ATR(G) and Inkerman Coy personnel optimising physical performance including health and wellbeing.
Assist the RAPTC QMSI with the management of physical development (PD) activities (design/implement and delivery).
Conduct and record physical fitness testing to include screening.
Update the ATR(G) CoC on Permanent Staff health and fitness statistics.
Assist with the management and maintenance of gym facilities infrastructure and equipment.
Assist in the organisation of PD events and PT development to enable the units operational role.
Execute delegated tasks in line with directed control measures to maintain the Safe System of Training and general health and safety in the workplace.
