Optimal on behalf of its client a leading import organization with a broad network and diverse investment activities is seeking an ERP Analyst based in Athens.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with all departments to gather and document user requirements and draft project scopes and technical specifications.
Work closely with the IT team to design develop test and implement new processes or system changes.
Monitor core company systems (ERP WMS B2B) and ensure smooth data exchange between platforms (Interfaces).
Track project progress and liaise with users to confirm successful implementation.
Prepare user manuals and documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Mathematics or Economics
26 years of hands-on experience with ERP systems (especially Entersoft)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and set priorities.
Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively across departments and with diverse teams.
