DescriptionOptimal on behalf of its client a leading import organization with a broad network and diverse investment activities is seeking an ERP Analyst based in Athens.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with all departments to gather and document user requirements and draft project scopes and technical specifications.
- Work closely with the IT team to design develop test and implement new processes or system changes.
- Monitor core company systems (ERP WMS B2B) and ensure smooth data exchange between platforms (Interfaces).
- Track project progress and liaise with users to confirm successful implementation.
- Prepare user manuals and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Mathematics or Economics
- 26 years of hands-on experience with ERP systems (especially Entersoft)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and set priorities.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across departments and with diverse teams.
