What Youll Own
Plan schedule and execute home shows retail events and community activations
Build and manage a calendar of high-ROI events
Recruit train and lead event staff and brand ambassadors
Set clear daily/weekly KPIs (leads cost per lead conversion)
Drive lead generation performance at every event
Manage booth setup messaging and customer experience
Track results and continuously optimize performance
