The BOSS store in Cannes Antibes is looking for its future Assistant Store Manager (full-time permanent contract).

Your responsibilities

• Coach develop and provide product training to team members
• Monitor performance and implement action plans to achieve both individual and collective targets
• Manage stock levels and all merchandise movements
• Ensure that visual merchandising guidelines and standards are consistently applied
• Act as a brand ambassador for HUGO BOSS within the sales team
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills

Your profile:

BE YOUR OWN BOSS

• Successful experience in a similar role within premium menswear (including team supervision training and coaching)
• Strong knowledge of the brand and alignment with the Groups values
• Passion for fashion sales and performance
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to business needs
• Strong willingness to learn and continuously improve
• Fluency in French and a working knowledge of English are required.
