Your Tasks
- Driving of strategic initiatives: Leadership and execution of key strategic loyalty initiatives and projects with the objective of enhancing overall loyalty program performance
- Program enhancement: Establishment management and optimization of features benefits customer journeys and services within the loyalty program in alignment with business objectives
- KPI monitoring: Monitoring and analysis of loyalty KPIs proactive identification of improvement areas and implementation of corrective measures to ensure achievement of program targets
- Continuous optimization: Ongoing evaluation and optimization of the loyalty program to improve performance and deliver a seamless customer experience across all channels
- Market insight: Continuous monitoring of retail and loyalty trends data analysis and anticipation of shopping and visitation patterns to support the strategic evolution of the program
Your Profile
- First experience in loyalty programs loyalty Marketing campaigns or a related field
- Ideally a bachelors or masters degree with a focus on marketing communications or market / consumer research
- Very good analytical skills / affinity for numbers
- Excellent MS Office skills especially Power Point
- Fluent in both English and German is a must
- Proactive approach to work
