Purpose:
The Product Manager plays a key role in the development launch and lifecycle management of assigned product categories in the companys medical device portfolio. Reporting to the Global Product Manager this position helps drive product growth ensure compliance with international regulatory requirements and deliver solutions that address clinician and patient needs. The Product Manager collaborates closely with cross-functional teamsincluding R&D regulatory quality operations and salesto execute product strategies manage projects and support successful product launches. This role also contributes to market research competitive analysis and customer feedback collection to inform product roadmaps and prioritize initiatives. Ultimately the Product Manager helps ensure products meet global market requirements while strengthening the companys overall brand and customer value proposition.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Own the product strategy roadmap and lifecycle for assigned product lines
Track and analyze product performance and present key insights to senior leadership
Drive Voice of Customer (VOC) research and define user needs and product requirements
Collaborate across R&D marketing operations and regulatory to bring products to market
Develop business cases pricing strategies and market requirements for new products
Monitor competitive landscape and emerging technologies
Support technical inquiries and product troubleshooting
Collaborate on go-to-market and product launch initiatives
Engage sales and marketing to develop customer-focused tools training and messaging.
Participate in trade shows customer meetings and industry events
Support demand planning forecasting and operations to ensure product availability and supply chain efficiency.
Ensure compliance with medical device regulations and support documentation requirements.

Education & Qualifications:
A Bachelors degree is required.
5 years of product management marketing or equivalent experience.
Knowledge in medical device product management strategy development category financials.
Ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
