Operational Excellence: Keeping a large busy campus running smoothly. You will manage the utilities oversee internal climates and ensure all statutory compliance documents are up to date and ready for inspection.
Security & Key Holding: You will be the guardian of the campus. This involves managing the daily lock-up responding to alarm activations and ensuring all students and staff feel safe within the school gates.
Maintenance & Improvement: You will be encouraged to own your site. Whether its improving a classroom layout or conducting preventative maintenance your impact will be felt across the entire school every single day.
Waste & Environment: You will manage the schools environmental impact through smart waste management and ensuring that the campus remains a clean tidy and inspiring place to work and study.
