Job Summary
Overview
The position:
Do you love numbers and helping people get paid We are looking for a Part-Time Payroll Clerk. As a Payroll Clerk you will hold one of the most important jobs in the company paying employees for their work! In this position you will do things like:
- Enter information into payroll systems accurately and on time
- Review and import manual entry data
- Contribute to the efficacy of the team by recommending process improvements
- Completing weekly reporting such as garnishments and certified payroll and
- Helping to maintain compliance with the 401K plan payroll tax laws union contracts and other applicable regulations.

A successful Payroll Clerk needs to have
- A strong interest in accounting and data entry skill to match
- An ability to review and handle multiple tasks and details at the same time
- A strong attention to detail and desire for constant accuracy
- An ability to address prioritize and solve problems quickly
- Great communication and customer service skills
