Insurance Sales Executive Commercial Lines

Job Summary

Seeking high-performing entrepreneurial Insurance Sales Executives specializing in Commercial Lines to join a dynamic and growth-oriented team in the Midwest. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive on autonomy ownership and the opportunity to build a substantial book of business. If you are a driven individual with a proven track record in sales and a passion for delivering exceptional client solutions want to hear from you.

Compensation Package

  • Draw-Based Model: Compensation is structured on a draw equivalent to 25% of annual production. For example a $300000 base pay corresponds to $1.2M in annual production.
  • Transition Period: Optional 12 year W2 transition period available if needed.
  • Long-Term Upside: Full partner economics over time with significant flexibility in income allocation.
  • Average Producer Book: $5M in revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new qualified business through self-directed strategies and lead generation.
  • Build and grow a long-term high-quality book of business.
  • Collaborate with a Unit Manager to allocate resources and manage growth effectively.
  • Leverage dedicated service and associate teams to ensure seamless client servicing and execution.
  • Reinvest strategically in business development client engagement and service excellence.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven Sales Capability: Demonstrated success in sales with a strong ability to generate revenue.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable with financial risk and motivated by autonomy and growth potential.
  • High-Level Hunter Mentality: Open to candidates with non-insurance backgrounds who exhibit grit resilience and a track record of success (e.g. professional or collegiate athletes military academy graduates).
  • Cultural Fit: Strong alignment with a producer-led organization and a collaborative team environment.
  • Growth-Oriented: Highly motivated to scale revenue to $500000 annually within two years.
  • Comfort with Vetting Process: Willingness to engage in a thorough evaluation process to ensure alignment with organizational values and goals.
