The Account Manager focuses on three main areas: New Account Development Client Retention and Account Planning. This role is highly collaborative as it requires interaction with mid and senior level management marketing and technical :New Account DevelopmentProspect for potential new clients - Cold call and set up meetings potential clients and decision makersWork with team to develop proposals that address client needs concerns and in pricing the solution/ objections by clarifying emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate RetentionPresent new products and services and enhance existing with technical staff analytics group marketing and other internal colleagues to meet customer and participate in internal and external client PlanningAttend industry functions such as association events and conferences and provide feedback and information on market and creative to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services products and distribution knowledge of the market and competitors identify and develop the companys unique selling propositions and weekly progress reports and ensure data is and manage data accurately within the companys CRM or other sales management and meet sales targetsTrack and record activity on : Bachelors Degree3-5 years proven work experience in Sales directly in labels or flexible occasionally lift up to 10 poundsKnowledge of CRM Software and Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication and negotiation skills This role is primarily office-based or home office-based requiring extended periods of sitting computer use occasional walking or light lifting and may involve brief visits to manufacturing areas; reasonable accommodations will be provided as needed.
