The role
Youll build and manage Aquablus international service partner network from the ground up. Were signing enterprise clients across Europe: multi-country rollouts with dozens of systems per deal. To deliver on those contracts we need reliable local partners who can install maintain and service our systems on the ground while we own the client relationship the hardware and the SLA. Youre the person who makes that work. You sit in the Operations team and youll own this end to end.
What youll do
Youll design the operating model for international service delivery: how we onboard partners how we structure service fee contracts what SLAs we commit to and how we enforce them how spare parts get to the right place at the right time and how CO2 supply is arranged in each new market. Youre building the playbooks processes and fee structures that make this network run and then youre running it.
On the partner side youll source vet and onboard service partners across European markets starting with the regions where our sales pipeline demands it. Once partners are live you manage the relationship: negotiating contracts ensuring partners complete certification and training (in collaboration with the Partner CX team) monitoring SLA performance managing spare parts logistics setting up local CO2 supply routes and running quarterly performance reviews. When something goes wrong at a client site in Madrid or Munich youre the one making sure it gets resolved within the agreed response time.
Youll collaborate with Sales on timing for new markets and coordinate on partner priorities. On the operational side you own the service relationship with partners: SLA performance operational improvements and service-related escalations sit with you. Youll also help shape how first-line support is organised for international enterprise clients whether that stays centralised at Aquablu or moves to partners over time as the network matures. Your first priority is getting the network ready for the enterprise deals currently in the pipeline. Over time the scope broadens to include our existing partner base ensuring they meet the same service standards and SLA expectations.
What were looking for
Someone who can build something from nothing hold their own in a boardroom and let data drive the decisions.
Entrepreneurial mindset youll be building from zero: designing processes finding partners in uncharted markets and writing the playbook as you go
Commercial gravitas you negotiate service contracts and discuss SLA performance with partner directors and board members and you hold your own in those conversations
Analytical edge our systems generate rich operational data; you turn that into actionable partner feedback and smart decisions on coverage and network design
5 years of experience in partner/vendor management supplier relationship management service operations or channel management
Experience with SLA-driven service delivery or managing outsourced operational partners
Fluent in English (additional European languages are a strong plus)
Willingness to travel within Europe when needed
