What success looks like in this role:

IT Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Partner)

Were looking for a results-driven IT Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring across technical and business this role youll partner closely with hiring leaders to attract assess and secure top talent while delivering a strong candidate experience.

What Youll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and define effective recruiting strategies

• Source engage and assess candidates across multiple channels

• Manage the full recruitment lifecyclefrom intake through offer and close

• Guide hiring teams on interviewing best practices and decision-making

• Deliver a high-quality consistent candidate experience

• Negotiate and close offers aligned with compensation guidelines

• Maintain accurate pipeline and reporting in Workday

• Partner with external agencies when needed

Additional Focus Areas (as applicable)

• Campus Recruiting: Build university partnerships and support intern/early career hiring

• Contract Staffing: Support contract hiring needs and vendor partnerships

You will be successful in this role if you have:

What You Bring

• Minimum of 4 years of experience recruiting for technical and/or professional roles

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities

• A proactive data-driven approach to sourcing and pipeline management

• Experience with ATS platforms (Workday preferred)

• Strong English skills (read write speak)
