Are you excited about using science and research to improve organisational behaviour Do you have commercial experience managing a client portfolio Do you thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment If so wed love to hear from you.

Were looking for energised solutions-focused professionals who can strategically manage client relationships and have experience implementing learning solutions (or similar programmes).

In this role youll spend approximately 80% of your time working directly with clientsrolling up your sleeves to deliver impactful solutionsand 20% leading mentoring and supporting colleagues across the team.

Responsibilities

Leading and growing an external client portfolio of approximately $1M
Managing project resources timelines and delivery
Leading and delivering programmes for organisations with 1000 employees
Contributing to proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs)
Leading client calls and acting as a trusted partner
